Cisco Unity Mobile Message Access for Blackberry

We installed Cisco Unity Mobile Message Access for Blackberry on our Blackberry server. Whenever we get a voicemail through Unity, we get the email on our handhelds that contains the link to the Unity server. However, whenever we try to follow that link, we get a HTTP Error 400: Bad Request.

Here is our setup:

-Cisco Unity Mobil Message Access v1.0.1

-Ciscu Unity 4.2

-Blackberry Server 4.0.4

Am I missing something obvious in my setup here? Can anybody help me out?

I don't have an answer for you ... but do have a question. We've installed it and are having problems with our BlackBerry 7520s. Which version of BlackBerries do you use? I'll be curious to see if you run into any of the same problems were seeing when you get it up and running.

We're using mainly BlackBerry 7290's, a few 7105's. What type of issues are you seeing?
