Hi all,
When importing a particular user via LDAP I get the error "A User with the specified extension already exists in the Partition".
The particular extension however does not exist in the partition. There was a now deleted user who originally had this extension.
I have seen a previous post suggesting changing the "Limit search to" to Partition, selecting our partition (there is only one), changing the radio selection to "Display Primary and Alternate Extensions in Selected Partition" then enering the extension. This does not return any result either.
Can anyone suggest where this extension may be hiding?
