Symptom: Subscriber trying to login to their account and put their PIN they get an error stating that the mailbox is in use. Java Traces will show "ERROR ccn LibMedia DBUG EXCEPTION:java.lang.Exception: Version is incorrect" Conditions: none Workaround: Mailbox can be temporarily be unlocked from the CLI/GUI, but the reload is needed because there is a deadlock, causing a port to get lost.
Is there a fix for this yet? I have serveral UC540 systems that this is happening on, many of which I just upgraded to CUE version 8.0.3.
