We have an application where our Law Enforcement staff would like to record some calls.
We were hoping for a 7965 soft key that users could press - record the call- complete the call- and have the recording delivered to Unity mailbox.

Setting up Contact Center would really be ideal for this situation.

It integrates well into CUCM since it is part of the CUCM suite. The phone user can use the console to record the call if they need to.
