We are getting a repeated Warning Error every one minute from the application log of the Unity Server, but the domain account does not have a Unity Subscriber Account and not using any IP Phone Device, any ideas?

To correct, perform a resync of all mailusers with UTIM: go to the Properties tab of your integration and press the Resynchronize button.

The warnings occur when a Unity subscriber has been deleted from the SA but still has an Exchange account. Obtain and install 4.0(4)ES76 to resolve this issue

We are using Cisco Unity Version 4.0(3) as of now, is there any way to resolve this in 4.0(3)?please advise
