Cius and Anyconnect

Hi Folks,

I have done a lot of testing that has led me to this point. I'll try and be descriptive and brief all at the same time.

Call Manger BE - 8.5 (10.161.55.2)

ASA - 8.4.1 (10.161.55.63)

Cisco Cius (10.161.55.251)

On my WLAN my Cius is working great - send calls, recieve calls, voice quality top notch....

So I have set up an anyconnect VPN to the ASA which is supported by the Cius. Data apps work great... Voice registration works - although the Cisco "Phone" icon does not always show correctly registered after connecting the VPN, but I see in the CM that it is registered and appears to be working.

If I place a call from the Cius its as if the "Call" button doesn't work.. If a place a call to the Cius is rings, but the Answer button does not work.

My ASA captures look good with SIP running both ways... But the Answer button does nothing....

Ahhh - I wish I could rate myself on this one.... Although I am not sure exactly what fixed it, but a couple of Cius Reboots did the trick....

Hi,

     While reading your post, I'd like to ask you something:

We have a couple of Cius in our environment, however, the AnyConnect check box does not work...we checked the security profile back on our CUCM and it seems to be fine...did you have to do anything to have checked the AnyConnect box?
