Not at all. When an order is placed for Cius, it is immediately placed on New Product Hold pending successful completion and submission of the Experience Assurance Process (EAP) survey. This survey is designed to ensure the customer's network delivers the best possible experience with Cius. Once the survey is submitted and reviewed by the EAP team, if no issues are found the sales order is then routed to operations for a schedule date.
Cius is generally available and is shipping within standard Cisco leadtimes from receipt of order.
