Cius Video Calling

I have enabled video for my Cius. When I call another Cius, video option is greyed out. I checked CCM and video is enabled. Is there a way to enable video from Cius.

Please let me know. I apprecite it.

I tested that and I only needed to enable video on CUCM just like any other video capable endpoint. I never enabled anything on the CIUS to get that working.

I'd recommend you to check your regions, maybe you're blocking it there.

What CUCM version and FW on CIUS?
