Click-to-call 7.0 question

Hi

We are on CUCM 6.1 and testing the click-to-call 7.0. The click-to-call has dialing rules for international calls and we can setup the application dial rule at CUCM server, what's the sequcence when I play a call, the dialing rules first, and then the CUCM application dial rule ?

For example, a local number in my Outlook is +61 7 1234 5678, how can I make it as 9 07 1234 5678 ?

Thanks. Leo

It is recommended to use rules at one place only (either on the client computer or on CUCM server).

From my experience, you'd better disable the client side : http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cupa/click_to_call/7.0/english/install/guide/C2C3_1chapter.html#wp1054517

Then you may focus on the Application Dial Rules on CUCM.
