I have installed Click to Call and I'm able to highlight a number in word or IE and dial it from my phone, but I have to edit the number to prefix it with a 9 or 91. I have two rules set up in Application Dial Rules to prefix 10 digit numbers with 91 and 7 digit numbers with 9, but it doesn't appear to be working. Does anyone know if Application Dial Rules work with Click to Call? I am running ccm 6.1 and Click to Call 7.0
Thanks,
Mark

I figured it out. Apparently, Click to Call uses Soap requests. On Callmanager, I enabled the Service Parameter "Apply Application Dial Rules on SOAP Dial Request" to True and restarted the webdialer service to get it to work.

Thanks, I was trying to figure out why my dial rules were not being applied.
