Cluster to Cluster Dialing Problem

Hi All,

I have configured two clusters: HQ and SB

HQ: CUCM version 11.0.1 and SB: CUCM version 10.5.2

I can call from SB to HQ but I can not call from HQ to SB

Note that both SIP trunks between 2 clusters are up and Full Service

Thanks in Advance for any suggestion why is not working for  both ways!

What do you see in the screen???

What do you hear???

Display  Unknown and hear:fast busy

Note that i also configured URI dialing between clusters and same thing happening...

I can call from SB to HQ but I can not call from HQ to SB using URI dialing....

You can start by checking Dialed number analyzer to see if the call is hitting the correct route pattern. If that is confirmed then collect detailed callmanager service traces for a test call.
