Hi everyone,
I've been going through CM features but I couldn't find one that would match my need: we recieve calls from dozens of partners on a daily basis, and it would be neat to know who's calling before we answer the call. So, what I would like to do is adding a tag to a number, which would appear when that particular number is calling. For instance, make 555-9817 appear as "John Smith". Is there any way to make this work? All help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

unfortunately the capability is not in CUCM
if this is a call center consider IPCC for the deployment

Are you not getting caller id information? IE name display of calling party? You could send this to a translation pattern and change calling party information. Not sure if this might be an option for you?
