In need of some assistance please, on the phone configuration page of about half of our phones I receive the following error:
"Unmapped Exception Invalid input length for decryption.Should be a multiple of the block size - 16"
I'm not able to find much information about this error and can't seem to resolve the problem, even when I buy new phones and add them to our CM the error still appears and some config changes cannot be made. This had no effect
Anybody have any ideas of what it means or how I can resolve this?
