CallManager 5 and Unity Connection 1.2 with IMAP, will it operate under a Citrix session on a Citrix Metaframe/Presentation Server without error. In other words, any component that runs on the workstations to provide the voicemail, call pickup etc, must be Citrix compliant and certified. The only exception is the Soft Phones which will be running on Notebooks.

Hi Nabil,
I've not found any reference to supporting access to Cisco Unity Connection via Citrix.

So, although it may work, it's not supported currently.
