Hi,
we have an issue with incoming calls on CME 11 with SIP trunk
SIP/2.0 488 Not Acceptable Media
when I change the codec to G711alw I got:
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 213."Transcoder Not Configured"
dial-peer voice 21 voip
translation-profile incoming 100
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:213.139.43.143
session transport udp
incoming called-number .
voice-class sip dtmf-relay force rtp-nte
voice-class sip bind control source-interface GigabitEthernet0/0/1

codec g711ulaw
no vad
attached is the debug ccsip for both codec

it looks like your carrier wants G711alaw.
when you have the gateway configured for G711ulaw, the carrier responds that it will not accept that CODEC.
when you change to alaw, the gateway wants to transcode.
this means that the end device inside your network is not configured to allow alaw so a transcoder is needed.
you need to post your full config for CME

Can you also include (and attach) debug voip ccapi inout (along with debug ccsip messages) and your full configuration? It is probably a codec issue.
