Hello Everyone,
I am troubleshooting a one audio issue. I would like to know which MTP and Xcodec are using in the call processing.
1. Cisco Unified Serviceability - configuration - publisher - CM services -cisco callmanager - Trace on Enable MTP Trace enable.
2. Troubleshooting Trace Settings - selected Cisco CallManager - Enable check selected service on All Nodes.
3. RTMT - Collect Files - selected Cisco Call Manger.
I searched the content in all trace file which I downloaded. I don't find anything like as "MediaTerminationPointControl"
I would like how to collect the trace file which I wanted.
