Commands in CLI

We have a Cisco CUCM version 10.5.2. I am looking for CLI commands to do the following:

1. Select an LDAP server and initiate a sync with said server.

2. Add an end user device like Jabber or desk phone. Ideally I'd be able to copy the config from another device but not necessary.

I can do these easily in the web interface, but I have not been able to find the CLI commands to do them.

Because there are no CLI commands for any of that, you need to use the GUI, you're not meant to do any of those tasks via CLI, the other alternative, and I'm not even sure it would work for #1 is AXL.
