Hi Everyone
We just finished a meeting with AT&T about switching from PRI to SIP and the rep that came out needs our concurrent call count for our site so that they can properly size the SIP trunk, what is the best way to get that information?

You can use the Variphy Insight tool to know about the Trunk Utilization.
