Configurations problems in a CUCMBE with a Cisco ISR 3825

Hi Guys!!

I'm new in cisco voice systems, and I've problems to understand the operation of the system.

I finished the software installation of CUCMBE V8 in a 7828 appliance, I've already configured 2 IP phones (7942 and 7965). I want to call of one extension to another, however I can't. I know that the voip resources are in the Cisco ISR 3825, and that I have to configure it.

I added the router in the menu Device/Gateway as a H.323 gateway, I added the IP address of the loopback interface.

In the loopback interface of router I added the following commands:

interface Loopback0

description Conexion al CUCM

ip address 192.168.10.5 255.255.255.0

h323-gateway voip interface

h323-gateway voip bind srcaddr 192.168.10.5

The registration status is unknow.

I don't know if this is the correct way. I have reviewed some configurations guides, but I can't find anything that can help me. I will appreciate so much if someone help me.

H323 GWs will never show up as registered, so that's no concern.

Assuming the PSTN link is already configured all you need are POTS and VOIP dial peers which you should have seen in the H323 config guides you mentioned you've reviewed.
