Configuring DHCP server on windows server or core ISR?

Looking for some guidance on when it's appropriate to use a separate windows DHCP server vs. supporting DHCP from the core ISR. 

 

This is the only doc that I was able to reference...

hi 

you can anyone and its up to you. lets say you are using for all other services windows DHCP server and i will suggest you to use the same for voice as well. just need to add option 150 in the windows dhcp server.
