Confused with Architecture of Unity - How to perform some tasks

Dear All

I'm not understanding the real architecture of the unity, or how it works! But as I read more manuals as I got more confused.

I've installed the Unity 4.0.4 and performed the integration with Call Manager 3.3.4. Everything seems to be working?!.

I do want to do the following:

I do want that when I call an extension (phone) of a subscriber, the phone answers

Itself with the following greeting:

Hello my name is Mario to record a message

press 1 to go to my mailbox press 2 to go to operator press 3

When the caller press 1, it records one message to my mailbox

When the caller press 2, it ask to sign in, and to introduce the password.

When the caller press 3, it goes to the operator

How do I do this, step by step, please?

Open Saweb, select subscriber. On the left pane, select Caller Input.

Select 1, click on "Take message"

Select 2, click on "Send caller to" "Sign-in" (*-key already does this)

Select 3, click on "Send caller to", select CallHandler, select "Attempt transfer for", select OPERATOR Callhandler.

To configure operator callhandler, from SaWeb, select Callhandler, find the Operator CH. On the left pane, select "Call Transfer". Select "Transfer incoming calls?" Select "Yes, ring a subscriber at this extension" Enter the extension you want for the operator.

Now when I call for it goes to the following greeting:

“Sorry, “NAME OF THE SUBSCRIBER” is not available, record your message after tone, when finished hangs up or wait for more options. This system is out temporarily and can not finish your call. Bye”

But it doesn’t let me record the voice message! I don’t hear the tone to begin recording the message! What can be the problem?
