Under the server name in DNS, you will see FORWARD LOOKUP ZONE. There will be a DOT "." there. Delete the dot, close dns, reopen dns, and forwarders will be available.

Start Programs, Administrative Tools, DNS
Right-click on your server name, select Properties
Select the FORWARDERS tab
Add the DNS entries for the "real" DNS servers that can do internet name resolution.

Hi Hinho,
The field is grey out with description "Forwards are not available becasue this is root server"
Any other requirement to configure FORWARDERS in AD ?
Thanks,
John.
