We always change the default users and dl extensions - is it possible to change the extension on the operator user for CUC 2.When I try it prompts 'this user is associated with a cucm directory number, some fields may be disabled'

For Communicator, the new release (2.1) will support BLF for call lists, using that you can see the status of the phones (unknown, onhook, offhook) from directory.
