Convert Existing CUCM Imported Users For Unity Connection 8.5

After enabling LDAP integration and authentication for Unity Connection 8.5(1)SU1, how do I convert existing CUCM imported users to integrate with LDAP?

I tried export LDAP users, and update users with mailbox, it didn't work. It came up with duplicate column errors.

I tried export users with mailbox, copy alias column to ldapccmid column, update users with mailbox, it didn't work either. Duplicate column errors as well.

What is the correct way to do it?

I guess you are using MAC OS X Lion

Use windows OS to download and upload the CSV file ,it will work fine

Is this true?  I had the same issue on my Mac.  I have not tried it on my windows machine.

Yes. Do it under Windows, it works fine.
