copy tftp: flash "error opening, source-name, socket error?

I got the following error when attempting to upgrade the ios in a vg224. %error opening tftp://192.168.0.125/vg224-mz.151-4.M4.bin socket error

I googled it and got the following response:

config t

no service config

exit

copy run start

reboot but I get the same error when I attempt it again. Any suggestions?

Socket error? 

What TFTP client are you using?  You'll only get "socket error" where you don't have any TFTP running or your TFTP is not working correctly.

If you are not using any TFTP client, try TFTPd32.
