After installing CSA to the servers i'm unable to update Windows. Prior to updating i disable CSA, then i do the update for windows. After windows installs the software, i restart and check to see if i need to update, usually theres zero updates left. I enable CSA and later check up on updates, and the ones i previously installed are detected again and i have to install again. How can i go about with this problem? Thanks

Did you install the csa version that is intended for Unity only?

Here's a question, what happens if there is a Callmanager CSA install on a unity box. Any adverse actions?

I think so. The standalone CSA allows scripts specifically for that product. There are functionalities in Unity that are not in CCM and as such CSA would stop those. I'd uninstall it as soon as possible and install the unity version.
