We have CUCM 8.6 and have multiple sites (TX, AZ and NY). We're planning to open another site in CA and the CA local number is already ported to us. So any calls to the CA office goes to our receptionist. Our C-level wanted to have a DN on their phone so if they're calling using this DN the caller id will show up as the CA area code not our local (TX) area code. Our CA site uses a VPN phone and its configured with same as our TX ext (50xx). The CA area code is 213. I've created an entry in route pattern 7.213[2-9]XXXXXX and I'm not sure what to add next.
