Hello All,
Upgraded to UCM 11.0.1.21900-11 and am trying to use Cisco Attendant Console Standard 11 which requires TAPI to be installed.
During install of the TSP i get the error: "Unable to load EncryptPassord.dll" and I can't seem to get TSP installed.
The release notes seem to indicate it is a BUG, but when I put it in the bug search it says I don't have sufficient permissions.
Is anyone aware of a workaround?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Its a Cisco internal bug that you are refering to here so we can not share details of the same. Can you try the TSP install on a machine which did not have any TSP previously installed or a freshly built Windows machine.

A fresh install of Windows 7 does not produce the error. Are you aware of any workaround for machines that have previously had it installed? It will not go over well to tell customers that they need to just reformat their PC to fix this issue.

It looks to be related to some registry settings, you may check with TAC for an oficial word on this.
