CSR v1000 CUBE licensing

Hi,

I can not find how is CSR v1000 licensed for CUBE use.

We have scenario where we want to connect our on-prem CUCM infrastructure with MS teams cloud by this guide:

However, to know how much will it cost we need to know how is CSR v1000 licensed and how many which licenses do we need.

Our goal is to support max 100 calls at same time and rate about 5-10 calls per second.

Alternatively, how much would cost same scenario but with hardware ISR (which licenses)?
