I have a 7941 assigned to a manager
Line 1 number = 7000 / PT=Public
Line 2 Number = 7000 / PT=Privite
The manager can forward line 1 to any number when he is in a meeting, line 2 is used only by his PA
The PAs phone (7911) as a CSS that contains both partitions (public and privite) I have placed the Privite PT at the top of the CSS list so the PA will always call the managers 2nd line. For some reason this has stopped working and even with the privite partition at the top of the CSS list the PAs phone always dials the managers line 1
any ideas??

do you have the CSS at line or device level??
line level has preference over device, they will both be used but the partitions from line in first place.
have you tried creating a new CSS and assigning it to the PA and then resetting the phone?
