If we are going with Disconnected setup do we need to open ports from Satellite server

Or we need only CUCM 12.X version & satellite server, then we need to only authorization file in every 30 days...

is there any document steps for Authorization procedure so that we can share that with customer they can do on month interval there own

Hi Vijay,

In Disconnected Mode, Cisco CSSM Satellite do not connect to cisco.com and you do not need to open any firewall ports. You need to request Synchronization file every 30 days from Cisco Smart Software Manager and upload it to CSSM Satellite.
