CTL file configuration.

Hi Friends,

          How to download and configure the CTL file for Cisco IP Phone. If download is not possible, how can i configure a CTL file in Cisco IP Phone 7960.

         I created a dummy (empty) CTL file while i am loading the firmware in to Cisco IP Phone. But when i am going to change the configuration of CTL file it is not there in Secutiry configuration.

What version of CallManager (CUCM) are you running?

Hi Dennis Aston,

          I am not using any CallManager. I am just creating a Dummy CTLSEP.tlv file and copying into the tftpboot dir.

          I tried to download the CTL Client. But i, didn't find image of that software.
