CTS 3010 shows errors on microphones that shouldn't exist.

Hello!

We're running on version 1.2.0.16941 of CPCM, there are many CTS registered to inventory but one in particular (located in Argentina) shows 4 errors:

Since it's registered as a CTS 3010, should only show microphones on the front row but instead, shows microphones for Back Left and Back Right with a

"management system configuration error" and Front Left and Front Right with a "cable error".

This CTS 3010 is running Firmware version 1.8.4(13)

Has anyone faced this behavior?

Hi.

Peripheral status for all CTS endpoints is based on CISCO-TELEPRESENCE-MIB.

So the first thing to check using a mib browser is the values returned when this MIB is queried...

If that does not match what is displayed in PCA under peripherals status, then please open a case with Cisco TAC.
