Hi Guys,
I have one CUAC connected with CUCM and all CTI ports were registered but after lost connectivity between CUAC server in my network then all CTI ports became unknown I tried to delete them all and res-sync again from CUAC server but still have the same issue!
How can I solve this issue?

I created a new User App in cucm with new password and sync it ith CUAC and works fine!
Maybe someone was playing with passowrd!
