CUACA 11.x import contacts failing

Hi!!

 

I'm installing CUACA 11 and want to import contatcs to the directory; at this moment the customer has CUCM 12 linked to active directory and the users does not have all the information needed for CUACA to work correctly. So I created a user on Contacts Management with name, extension and device name, exported and then deleted that user created. Saw the file and everything is there. Upload the file downloaded as import contacts and tried to import the contacts. On the scheduler it says completed but on contact manager 0 contacts appear.

 

I tried this for, after, importing all the extensions with user name and device name and to have CUACA seeing the status of the devices.

 

Don't know why that does not import.

 

Can someone help me?
