Hello!
Could you please help me with such configuration:
we want to configure call handler on CUC to recieve and record messages from clients, than we want configure CUC to make a call to engineer and play him clients record, also we have to have something like hunt group, CUC must choose engineer from list, make a call, if engineer isn't available, CUC choose another one... and then play the message to available engineer.
Could we configure such scenario on CUC?

No, CUC cannot pull any records and provide them to whoever receives the calls, nor can hunt thru several people for the transfer. What you need to buy is a contact center solution for your needs.
