Hi all,
I use CUCM & CUC version 12.5 . My customer has IVR number in CUC that transfer the call to hunt pilot (with queue).
the problem occurred when third caller that calling to Ivr at the same time
I get announcement from CUC that "call hander name is not available" and disconnect the call , I want that the call to go to queue .
any idea?
Call scenario:
Translation pattern ->cti route point->CUC IVR ->blind transfer ->call handler transfer the call to hunt pilot ->hunt pilot
