CUC GUI, System Call Handler, Direct Routing Rule

Hello,

In CUC, I would like a "message recipient" scenario:
- a personal greeting like: "Hello <company_name>, we cannot take your call for the moment, please leave a message";
- message recording;
- "Conversation Style", "Classic conversation".

To achieve this, I have:

- created a new "System Call Handler": "foo_call_handler";
- recorded a personal greeting in "Greetings -> Standard";
- chosen "Callers hear" -> "My Personal recording".

- added a new "Direct Routing Rule": "foo_direct_routing_rule";
- for that new rule, I have chosen "Send Call to"/"Call handler"/"foo_call_handler"/"Attempt transfer";
- deactivated the default direct routing rules "Attempt sign in" and "Opening greeting".

So, now there is only my "foo_direct_routing_rule" activated.
Yet, when I reach the CUC answering machine, "foo_direct_routing_rule" is not triggered.

Can you please help me solve that problem?

I found the solution.

It is a "Forwarded Routing Rule" that I had to create instead of a "Direct Routing Rule".
