Hi Everyone
I have something strange going on that I hope one of you have seen before. I have certain phone numbers that when a user dials the 4 digit extension they get the users VM. But when you dial the same user number by the full 10 digits they get the default message that says you have reach the VM system and not the users VM account. Yep
They have been configured, I would think it would work either way by 4 or 10 digit and it does except for this user and 2 others I have.
