CUC license information

i have Cisco Unity Connection 9.1 with 50 mailbox license ,,, i need upgrade to 500 mailbox license .

when i ask about upgrade Cisco sales partner  request me the old license information or part number .

and i lost my old license information .

how i can get information about old license ?

You can go to your ELM to see the CUC licenses you're using, but part numbers are only relevant when ordering, CUCM/CUC have no idea about them, nor they are in the systems.
