I am working with an implementation where due to the number of users there are two CUC clusters integrated with one CUCM cluster (via two sets of voicemail ports and two different voicemail pilots). The two CUC clusters are networked together via HTTPS links and I can indeed create a user on one cluster and see it get synchronized to the other one.
The problem I have is that I need to create a UCCX script and I have noticed that if the user is on cluster B, yet my script is set to go to the voicemail pilot of cluster A, the user is not recognized and I am asked to enter an extension.
Is there a way to be able to have either voicemail pilot work for any of the users independent of which of the two clusters they are created on?
