Hi Guys,
I had CUC cluster on one domain (say domain x.com) before and only one UM service corresponding to that domain. But I had to split the users in 3 different domains (x.com, y.com and z.com), thus created 3 corresponding UM services pointing to each (totally independent) exchange online servers. But now every time a user tries to leave message (from any domain) to both newly created domains (y and z), system delivers the voicemail to email to user's (y or z.com email address) but it also tries to deliver to that user's x.com email address. Has anybody encountered this before and could you suggest if clearing cache on CUC would help?
