So I am working on a voicemail setup for a hunt group but all the instructions I see is for CUCM. The job site I work at uses CUCA (Cisco Unity Connection Administrator) and cant find a way to access CUCM or even learn what the difference is between CUCA and CUCM.
Can someone please explain to me the difference and maybe even how to access CUCM? Is it something we need to buy, call to get turned on, etc.?
