CUCI MOC and Intrusion Detection

I have just installed CUCI-MOC 8.5 on Windows/7 64-bit with the Lync client and whilst it works fine it appears to trigger the CISCO Intrusion Protection System with :-

28/10/2011 10:13 : PORT_SECURITY-2-PSECURE_VIOLATION  20469: Oct 28 10:13:54: %PORT_SECURITY-2-PSECURE_VIOLATION: Security violation occurred, caused by MAC address 0000.0000.0021 on port FastEthernet1/0/14.

Does it use additional MAC addresses. I can't find any reference to this on a google or forum search or in the product FAQ's

Hi David,

I've not seen this reported before,  are you using this MAC address on a VLAN interface in the switch?  The only area i can think of checking here is the CDP driver.

CUCILYNC doesn't use any additional MAC addresses,  It does use the loopback interface for some internal communication.
