We have deployed cucilync in this environment to around 1200+ users. We continue to be plagued by issues with the click-to-call add-in failing to load or reporting errors. We also have approximately 25% of our users experiencing regular (several time a day) Outlooke freezes lasting 10-60 seconds. In virually all cases removing the click to call add in solves the issue. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Liz

Hello Liz,
We are deploying Cucilync 8.5.4 on Windows 7 + Outlook 2010 as well and we are also experiencing outlook crashes reporting that the c2c addin can be disabled to fix the problem.
Which version are you currently running and do you still experience this kind of problems?

We are testing 8.6.7 with a group of about 40 and still have at least one user still reporting this. Everytime he reboots his computer and reopens Outlook he gets the viewmail addin error.
