Hello,
i am using CUCM 10 and configured CDr last month as epr guide..
but as now i am checking CDR details for any user it is showing no details..
how can correct it so that it will show full and final call details..?

what is it mean?
i have enabed on Publisher all steps that required for CDR>.
do i need to apply smae steps in Subscriber?

Enabling CDR is PER SERVER, if you enabled it on your PUB, you'll only get calls that go thru your PUB, nothing else.
