Hello Experts,

I'm trying to enable redundancy and high availability on CUCM. I'm looking for documentation guides but can't find any. All I found is a guide for IM&P Presence Redundancy groups and HA. Is there such a document, if so, can you share the link to me?

I've already created a Unifed CM group but I want to make sure if that's all I needed to do. There are other things to consider like, extension mobility, MVA, etc. Also, how does the voice gateway know about the CUCM Subscriber? I need to make sure everything is operational if the Publisher goes down.

As far as phone registration goes, CUCM groups are all you need.

EM resiliency is discussed in the SRND

GW registration, that´s up to the protocol you use, either you configure a secondary MGCP registration, or a second DP with lower priority if H323/SIP
