CUCM 11.X- OS Admin user name change

Hi ,

Kindly advise me how we can change the OS platform user name for CUCM 11.x.

i cant find any document or cli command for change the OS user name. for the password reset i do getting the options and its possible.

Hello,

After installation, you can create additional administrator accounts, but you cannot change the original administrator account user ID.

cli command for new account is:

set account name <name>

Administrator Login	Specifies the name that you want to assign to the Administrator account.	No After installation, you can create additional administrator accounts, but you cannot change the original administrator account user ID.

If I understand correctly, these additional accounts do not have full admin privileges.   Is that still the case with current versions of CUCM?

Yes, only the built-in admin has full access to every single command, other accounts will depend on the level they were assigned.
