CUCM 14.0.1- Enable PC port on VoIP endpoints

Hello all,

I recently upgraded one of our clusters to UCM 14.0.1.  We want to enable the PC switchport on the back of some of our VoIP endpoints (7975 and 8841 models). 

The entire "Product Specific Configuration Layout" block for the VoIP endpoint configuration page is missing or relocated in this version. I have another cluster still running 11.5 and it's plainly visible.  I'm using Chrome and Firefox so this doesn't seem to be a browser issue.

I've searched around but I'm not finding any documentation on this. Any idea where this setting is located now?

Hi @salvage210 ,

I just tested it in 14SU1 and it's working as expected, I strongly recommend you to upgrade the cluster to 14SU1 or 14SU2 given that many defects were fixed in these versions.

Hi Leo,

I am running 14 SU1.  My specific version is: 14.0.1.11900-132 which is SU1. May I ask which browser you're running?

I am running Google Chrome Version 107.0.5304.88 (Official Build) (64-bit).
