CUCM 14(SU2) SLR not authorizing

Hello, I have purchased 20 SMART licenses for my lab environment. The lab and production environment are isolated, government systems so I'm converting the license to SLR's. 

I have obtained the CSSM authorization code and input it into the CUCM CLI, which seemed to accept it with no errors. When I log into the GUI and view Licenses, the licenses show as installed but "Unauthorized" and the 90 day demo license counter is still in effect.

Can anyone advise me on this?

Did you get the right kind of license for your needs?

SLR doesn't support license borrowing, you do that while doing the SLR process and need to break down the licenses as per your needs.

Hi Jamie,

I'm trying to license 19 VoiP endpoints (7975 and 8841) and 1 Telepresence Room Kit. I selected Level I Enhanced Licenses when I made my reservations. Can you expand on the different "Levels" in the licensing scheme? Did I choose incorrectly?
